What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
How do I access the property?
At check-in time, you’ll receive an email with your personal door code and detailed instructions. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) around 4:00 PM.
What if I don’t receive the check-in email?
Contact us right away at 601-385-1199 and we’ll get you squared away.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes! A private washer and dryer are located downstairs in the storage closet for your use during your stay.
Are there TVs in the home?
Yes, the home features smart TVs in the main living area and bedrooms.
Can I use my own streaming accounts?
Absolutely! Feel free to log into Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Just remember to log out before you leave.
How do I control the temperature?
The home includes central heat and air. You’re welcome to adjust the thermostat for your comfort.
What temperature should I leave it on when checking out?
To help us conserve energy, please leave the thermostat set to 75°F (cool) or 65°F (heat) upon departure.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the porch.
Are pets or parties allowed?
For everyone’s comfort, we do not allow pets, parties, or unregistered guests.
What are the quiet hours?
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
When is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
